Shipping & Returns
-Our current processing time for each order is 1-3 days. There may be shipping delays beyond our control, such as the carrier is busier than usual.
-Once the order leaves our facility, we provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery. Should you lose the email or have further questions regarding an already shipped order, please reach out and we will assist you the best we can.
-Please note that any order stated as "delivered" is not eligible for a refund due to a delivery error (ex: left at wrong address, stolen, etc..). We do realize these are inconveniences, however they are out of our control. Contact us for further steps for your specific order.

*We do offer exchanges when certain conditions are met. Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Please note that the shipping charge on exchanges is your responsibility. It informs everything from the essential oils we choose to how we package our products. We want to ensure that when a product is being used it does not negatively affect the earth in any way. That's why all of our products are made with natural ingredients!
